Order fulfillment, delivery via Telegram bot, customer support, and legal compliance. We never sell your data.

3. Payment & Razorpay

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store any card/banking information. For details, review Razorpay's privacy policy.

We retain data for 36 months or as required by law. SSL encryption and restricted access.

By using HeartxStore, you agree to these T&C. Our products are digital goods delivered via Telegram bot after successful payment.

1. License & usage

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for commercial/personal use. Redistribution, resale as standalone, or sharing source code is prohibited.

2. Payments & taxes

All prices include applicable GST. Payments via Razorpay; you must provide accurate billing information.

3. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

4. Changes to terms

We may update these T&C. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly after purchase, we do not offer cancellations or refunds once the order is completed and the Telegram delivery is triggered. However, exceptions apply:

• If the product is defective or not as described, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment source via Razorpay.
• Cancellation requests made within 6 hours of placing the order (before delivery) may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.

To request a refund, email heartxurl@gmail.com with your order ID and reason. We aim to resolve all issues within 2 business days.

Digital Delivery Policy

Instant delivery via Telegram bot: After successful payment confirmation via Razorpay, our Telegram bot (@heartxstore_bot) will automatically send you a secure download link or access credentials within 1–2 minutes.

What you need:

• A valid Telegram account (the bot delivers to the chat ID used during checkout).
• You will be required to provide your Telegram username at checkout. Delivery to the same username is guaranteed.

If you don't receive the product:

Check your Telegram "Saved Messages" or blocked users list. Contact heartxurl@gmail.com immediately – we will manually verify and resend within 6 hours.

No physical shipping:

We do not ship physical goods. All products are delivered digitally, which ensures zero shipping delays and environmental waste.
